Good effort for a walker trying to run to the last climb! My attempts to get my legs to run came to an abrubt halt at Lamaggan. That was in my opinion the hardest climb on the complete route and turned my legs to jelly. One week afterwards and the soreness has just about left my thighs!. I enjoy this challenge in the heart of the mournes and was pleased to finish in 7hrs 8mins but am aiming to go sub 7hrs next year.
